British Briefing: Full schedule in store on Sunday

Words and images by Joe Graycap-and-equipment

After two consecutive weeks with only one double-header played in the National Baseball League (NBL), there is a full schedule once more on week 4 of the season.

The RICHMOND FLAMES (2-2) will make the trip to Hemel Hempstead to take on the HERTS FALCONS (3-1). If the FLAMES sweep the FALCONS then they will be guaranteed at least a share of the top spot should the BRACKNELL BLAZERS (2-0) not take both games off the LONDON METS (3-3) at Finsbury Park.

In contrast, should the FALCONS and BLAZERS be able to continue their surprisingly good early-season form then the clubs could consolidate their positions at the top end of the NBL table.
