Austrian Baseball League set with two new teams

The Schwaz Tigers and the Linz Bandits will start next year in the Austrian Baseball League (ABL). Both had already played on the highest level in Austria in recent years. The Tigers appeared in 2005 for the last time in the ABL, the Bandits in 1999.

The Tulln Ravens and the Vienna Diving Ducks are relegated into the Baseball-Bundesliga (BBL; second ranked league in Austria).
