Posted on August 28, 2009 by philipp

The Austrian Baseball fans have a busy weekend ahead of them. On Saturday two matchups in the Austrian Baseball League are scheduled, as the DORNBIRN INDIANS host the MOSQUITO ATHLETICS and the VIENNA METROSTARS square off with the UNION KUFSTEIN VIKINGS. The doubleheader between the VIKES and the METS also will be part of the “Strike Out Racism” charity event (more info), which later the day will also feature a slow-pitch tournament and a party. One day later the national teams of Austria, Hungary and Slovakia will play out the 2009 Danube Cup, also in Vienna.
