The Czech Extraleague restarted the 2009 season this week with a make-up game between AVG DRACI and MZLU EXPRESS, which helped the reigning champion to solidify first place in the standings. On Saturday and Sunday nine more games are scheduled, including a rematch between EXPRESS and DRACI. MZLU is currently tied with ARROWS OSTRAVA in fourth place. Both teams will square off on Saturday.
