Mexico publishes 26-man-roster

The Mexican team announced a 26-man-roster for the upcoming World Cup of Baseball in Taipei. They need to cut two players right before the official tournament start. Efren ESPINOSA, Lorenzo BUELNA and Humberto CARDENAS were the last three, who got permission from their clubs to participate. Mexico is placed in group A with the United States, Italy, Spain, South Africa, Chinese Taipei, Japan and Panama.

Roster:
Pitcher: Sergio VALENZUELA, Thomas MELGAREJO, Heriberrto RUELAS, Juan P. ORAMAS, Juan DELGADILLO, Jose COBOS, David DOMINGUEZ, Emil KAMAR. Adrian RAMIREZ, Daniel RODRIGUEZ

Catcher: Hector M. PAEZ, Carlos RODRIGUEZ

Infielder: Jaime BRENA, Raul LOPEZ, Carlos SOSA, Humberto SOSA, Arnold LEON, Omar DE LA TORRE, Humberto CARDENAS

Outfielder: Baltazar LOPEZ. Elfren ESPINOSA, Albino CONTRERAS, Leobardo ARAUZ, Daniel FORNES, Jose M. RODRIGUEZ, Lorenzo BUELNA
