Delwyn Young leads Team USA to third victory in Arizona Fall League

Dodger’s prospect outfielder Delwyn YOUNG continued his hot hitting at the Arizona Fall League. He hit a two-run-homerun in the eight inning of the 5-3 win of Team USA over Surprise. It is the third win in the fifth exhibition game for the World Cup of Baseball participant. YOUNG is hitting .529 in this span.

Two other guys showed also their ability. Steve PEARCE hit a solo-homerun. He and Evan LONGORIA (two doubles) scored two runs each.

Yankees starter Jeff KARSTENS pitched 4 2/3 strong innings, giving up only two solo-homeruns. He struck out six.

They will have one game left on Thursday, before they start their trip to Chinese Taipei.
