Spanish team announced roster for World Cup of Baseball in Taipei

The Spanish baseball federation announced this week their roster for the upcoming World Cup of Baseball in Taipei. On the team are eleven players from the Spanish champion 2007 Marlin Pto Cruz, three from FC Barcelona and four, who are currently playing in the United States. They will start training camp for the games in Asia on October 28 in Barcelona and will continue the preparation until November 5 in Taipei. Spain will be playing in group A against Italy, USA, Japan, Chinese Taipei, Mexico, Panama and South Africa.
