Untouchables hope to end Streak of Alligators

Posted on April 30, 2009April 30, 2009 by philipp

Solingen vs. Paderborn

It could have been the duel between two 8-0 clubs this Friday in Solingen. However the UNTOUCHABLES got stripped off a win this week by the federation, as they arrived late for their road game in Hamburg on April 18, which now was ruled a 9-0 victory for the HSV. They are now 7-1 and need a sweep of the two-game series against the ALLIGATORS to move into first place of the northern division standings. Eugen Heilmann and Bjoern Schonlau will hope to silence the bats of SOLINGEN, which will be reinforced by Matthew Pali for the first time this week. The home team will send Enorbel Marquez-Ramirez and Jens Cornelsen to the mound.

After six matchups on Friday, the Baseball-Bundesliga will see four more on Sunday.
