EBSCA Training Camp 2025: A Letter to Coaches

Posted on August 26, 2025August 28, 2025 by Gabriel Fidler

A letter from the European Baseball Softball Coaching Association.

Dear Coach,

Being a coach can sometimes feel isolating. Every country, every club faces its own unique challenges – but in reality, many of our problems are actually very similar.

At this camp, you’ll not only learn new skills – you’ll also build a network of coaches from across Europe. You’ll meet people who:
* Face the same daily struggles you do.
* Can share ideas and solutions that worked for them.
* Will stay in touch with you beyond the camp – at tournaments, online, and in future collaborations.

Because as coaches, we grow faster when we grow together! Don’t miss this chance to learn, share, and connect.

If you intend to participate in this year’s camp, kindly note that the registration deadline is Sept. 15. Upon registration, ensure payment is completed within three days. Failure to adhere to this timeline may result in the unavailability of a spot. If you withdraw by September 15th, the full amount will be refunded. However, if the withdrawal occurs after this date, only half of the amount will be refunded.

The maximum number of players who can attend the camp is 60. There is no maximum number for coaches.
