The Netherlands still are undefeated after blow out against France

The Netherlands won their first game of the second round in dominant fashion. They needed only seven innings to win 18-0 against France.

They scored 17 of their 18 runs between the third and sixth frame. YURENDELL DECASTER reached base five times. He had four hits, four runs and four rbi. Designated Hitter SHARNOL ADRIANA hit a two-run-homerun. HAINLEY STATIA scored four runs. RANDOLF BALENTINA got three rbi.

ROBBIE CORDEMANS (W 1-0) pitched six innings and won his first start of the tournament. He allowed only four hits and one base on balls. He struck out nine.
EDUARDO MASSE (L 0-1) started for France. He gave up five hits, four runs and three walks in three innings.

The Netherlands meets tonight with Spain. France will face Sweden.
