The final series were played on September 12-13th. Utena Titanai won the series 2:0 against Kaunas Lituanica White team. The first game was played in Kaunas where Utena Titanai won 13:1. The second game was played in Utena with the winning score of 10:3. Both teams will be going to European Federation Cup Qualifiers next year.
