The Dutch Hoofdklasse club DSS has signed 29-year-old former Minor League pitcher Juan Carlos Sulbaran. He is transferring from the Silicon Storks to the Haarlem based club, where he played briefly in 2018 besides suiting up in the independent American Association for Winnipeg. Between 2009 and 2016 he had an ERA of 4.86 in 202 minor league games for the Cincinnati Reds, Kansas City Royals and St. Louis Cardinals organizations.
