The German Baseball-Bundesliga is going to have a rather short season in 2019 thanks to U23 and Senior European Championships and the Olympic Qualifier. The Baseball-Bundesliga is starting the regular season at the end of March, which will last until mid-June. On the last weekend in June the quarterfinals get underway with the German champion being crowned on August 3 at the earliest. The Bonn Capitals are the defending champion. The Berlin Flamingos got relegated with the Wesseling Vermins taking their spot.
