The French Baseball and Softball Federation (FFBS) released its schedule for the 2019 season in the French Division I this past week. The league expanded to 12 teams overall, splits into two pools of six. But not on geography location, but on performance of the last season. Group A consists of reigning champion Rouen Huskies, Clermont-Ferrand, Montpellier Barracudas, Savigny Lions, Stade Toulousain and Valenciennes. In Group B are slotted La Rochelle Boucaniers, Metz Cometz, Montigny Cougars, Nice Cavigal, Paris UC and Templiers Senart.
