The German Baseball-Bundesliga club Hamburg Stealers announced their eighth new player for the 2019 season. First baseman and catcher Phillip Steering is joining the team in the north of Germany. The 22-year-old US-American attended the University of Hawaii in the past four years. The Lake Forest native also played in California during the summer months.
