French Baseball Finals: Rouen beats Montigny in Game one

The Rouen Huskies won the opener of the 2018 French Baseball Finals with a 4-1 win over the Montigny Cougars on Saturday. After both teams scored once in the first, Rouen broke the tie with a two-run home run by Gerwuins Velazco in the fourth. Owen Ozanich struck out nine in 7 2/3 strong innings, allowing just one run on six hits and a walk. Yorfrank Lopez conceded seven hits, four runs and a base on balls in six innings to take the loss.
