26-year-old Czech catcher Martin Cervenka is remaining with the Baltimore Orioles after signing a new minor league contract with the MLB organization. He will extend his 2018 season with a stint in the Arizona Fall League. This year he batted .258/.317/.457 with 15 home runs, 41 runs scored and 60 RBI in 97 games in Double-A. It was his eighth season in affiliated minor league ball.
