Former Minor Leaguer Luis Lugo is joining Parma Clima in the Italian Serie A1. The 24-year-old Venezuelan left-hander was part of the Cleveland Indians organization from 2011 to 2017. He then signed with the Baltimore Orioles last December, but didn’t get assigned to a team for the 2018 season. He also has an Italian passport and was part of Team Italy during the Premier12 and the World Baseball Classic.
