Czech Series: Draci Brno wins Game 1 on Friday / Game 2 rained out

Draci Brno has won game one of the Czech Series against Arrows Ostrava, taking a 1-0 lead in the best-of-five final series in the Czech Extraleague. Arrows Ostrava led 1-0 after the second and 2-1 after the seventh, but fell thanks to a walk-off two-run single by Jakub Hajtmar in the bottom of the ninth. Petr Minarik captured the win, Joseph Goodman got charged with the loss.

Game two was supposed to be played in Ostrava on Saturday, but rain forced the game to be postponed until Monday. Game three, which now is game two, will be played on Sunday in Brno. All games can be watched live at www.playo.tv.
