Posted on May 16, 2017May 16, 2017 by philipp

In the French Division I week six was played this past weekend. Seven of the eight games ended with wins for the home team. The Rouen Huskies won the crucial matchup against the Montpellier Barracudas. In game one a sac fly by Luc Piquet in the bottom of the tenth ended the contest. Rouen had erased a 2-3 deficit in the bottom of the eighth. In game two Jean Granados and two relievers kept Montpellier to one run. In other matchups the Templiers Senart swept the Clermont-Ferrand Arvernes and the Montigny Cougars won twice over St.-Just-St.-Rambert Ducks. The Savigny Lions and Paris UC split their doubleheader.
