New Season starts in French Division I

The 2017 season in the French Division I is starting on Sunday with the first four doubleheaders. Defending champion Rouen Huskies is hosting the St. Just St. Rambert Ducks, which have promoted to the top division in French Baseball. The Templiers Senart take on Paris UC. The Montpellier Barracudas square off against the Savigny Lions. Clermont-Ferrand Arvernes will travel to the Montigny Cougary, which also have moved up into the Division I. The French Cubs and Stade Toulousain no longer play in the top division.
