Venezuelan left-hander Josue Castellano will return for a third season with Baseball Navarra. Last season the 25-year-old former minor leaguer with the Cincinnati Reds went 6-8 with an ERA of 2.40 in 14 starts for Navarra. He struck out 120 and walked only 29 in 124 innings.
