Victor Lopez, Oscar Jimenez, Starling Uval join CBS Sant Boi

CBS Sant Boi is welcoming three new players on their roster for the 2017 season in the Spanish Division de Honor. 29-year-old Victor Lopez is coming from Baseball Navarra to Catalonia. He batted .237 during the 2016 season. In the past Lopez also has played for the Tenerife Marlins and in Italy.

25-year-old Oscar Jimenez is transferring from Hercules L“Hospitalet to Sant Boi. He has played for CB Barcelona in the Division de Honor in the past. He also spent time on college in the United States, reaching the NJCAA World Series with Cochise College in 2014.

22-year-old Starling Duval is from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. He is a former Minor Leaguer with the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Milwaukee Brewers. The right-hander had an ERA of 6.60 in 39 games in the Dominican Summer League.
