The German Baseball-Bundesliga club Bonn Capitals has received a Christmas gift. 30-year-old former Atlanta Braves minor leaguer Angelo Paulino has joined last year’s northern champion. The Dominican pitcher played four seasons in the Braves farm system between 2007 and 2010. In 106 games he had an ERA of 3.16. He hasn’t played regularly since 2012. He is joining the Capitals as pitcher and assistant coach after marrying his German wife and living in Germany.
