The Munich Haar Disciples followed up their 6-4 win in the Euro League Baseball on Monday with a 7-5 against the Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg on Tuesday. Two runs in the fourth broke a 4-4 tie en route to the victory. It was their third in in eight games in the ELB. Regensburg is closing out the regular season with two games against Draci Brno next week.

Once again Christoph Ziegler led the way. The German national teamer went 4-for-5 with three RBI. Joshua Petersen drove in two for the Disciples. Maik Ehmcke connected for a leadoff home run for Regensburg. Matt Vance scored three runs. Bobby Coyle had two RBI.

On the mound Moritz Polixa earned the win as part of a four-pitcher outing. Kevin Trisl closed it out with a pair of scoreless frames to pick up the save. Jan Tomek got charged with the loss, pitching two innings of relief after Blake Hassebrock had started the contest.
