After Rodney Rodriguez and Paul Estrada, Angel Service Nettuno has signed 31-year-old right-hander Eulogio De La Cruz. The Dominican has played 26 games in the big leagues with the Detroit Tigers, Florida Marlins, San Diego Padres and Milwaukee Brewers. He has been out of affiliated baseball since 2013. In 2014 he played in the Mexican League during the summer and the past two winters in leagues in the Dominican Republic and Venezuela.
