Tommasin Padua adds Bryan Sheldon for 2016 Season

Tommasin Padua has announced that they have signed pitcher Bryan Sheldon. The 21-year-old is coming from Bollate to the Italian Baseball League club, where he won the Serie A in the Federal Championship this year. Bryan is the son of David Sheldon, who is managing Bollate after a successful active career in Italy. The New Orleans native had come to Italy in 1987 and also played for Italy in the 2000 Olympics. Bryan Sheldon went 5-3 with three saves and an ERA of 1.09 for Bollate this year. He also batted .233 with an On-Base-Percentage of .373.
