The French Baseball and Softball Federation is going to participate in the Universiade in Gwangju, South Korea in July. Manager Keino Perez selected 30 players for a preliminary roster. He will be joined on the coaching staff by Jamal Boutagra, Andy Berglund, Ernesto Martinez and Stephen Lesfargues. France and the Czech Republic will represent European Baseball in the eight-team tournament.
