The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and Rawlings have announced this year’s NCAA Division II All-Region Teams. The 2015 ABCA/Rawlings NCAA Div. II All-Region teams are voted on by members of the American Baseball Coaches Association and the process is led by the ABCA NCAA Div. II All-America Committee.
A player of the Henderson State caught the interest of European Baseball, as Belgian reliever Nick Vanthillo got named to the All-Region First Team for Central. Vanthillo led the Henderson pitching staff by going 6-1 with 12 saves and an ERA of 1.56 in 25 games this past season. He struck out 39 and walked 14 in 40 1/3 innings.
