Results Spanish Division de Honor Baseball May 9 & 10, 2015

In the Spanish Division de Honor Baseball the Astros Valencia won the highly anticipated duel against CBS Sant Boi this past weekend. They prevailed 2-1 and 5-2 in the doubleheader. In game one Trevor Caughey dominated for eight innings with 13 strikeouts before Mat Erickson nearly blew a 2-0 lead in the ninth. Oscar Angulo doubled twice. In the second match the Astros scored four runs in the bottom of the eighth to turn a 1-2 deficit into a win. Sandel Cuevas scored twice for Valencia.

Meanwhile the Tenerife Marlins solidified first place with two easy wins over CB Viladecans. Baseball Navarra and CB Barcelona split a two-game set. CD Pamplona lost 5-9 to San Inazio Bilbao in game one. The second game got suspended in the bottom of the third due to rain.
