Posted on January 11, 2009 by philipp

The second edition of the tournament of the European MLB Academies will be held from April 7th to 11th at the Kandy Nelson Park in Toulouse, France, home of the French Elite League club STADE TOULOUSE.

The inaugural event took place in spring 2008 at the MLB Academy in Tirrenia, Italy, where the home team won all six games to win the first title. Besides Italy and France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Great Britain and Germany also are going to send teams to Toulouse.

The tournament will be organized by Major League Baseball, the French Baseball and Softball Federation, the city of Toulouse, STADE TOULOUSE and local partners DRDJS and the Mid-Pyrenean Baseball League.
