Rouen Huskies add Chilean Pitcher to Roster

Posted on January 19, 2015January 19, 2015 by philipp

The French Division I club Rouen Huskies will have the first Chilean player in French Baseball on the roster in the upcoming season. The 24-year-old Pablo Ossandon already has been in Rouen, working out with coach Keino Perez and Owen Ozanich. His girlfriend had been studying in Rouen before working in Chile. Now they are back in France. He started playing baseball at the age of 6, went to a Japanese baseball academy in Brazil in 2004 and to the Venezuelan baseball academy in 2010. With Chile he won the bronze medal at the 2013 South American Championship.
