C.E.B. is organizing umpire’s clinics for new C.E.B. umpires. They are for umpires who have been on the international umpires list of their federation for the first time in 2013, 2014 or 2015 and will be on the 2015 list.
The policy of C.E.B. is that all active C.E.B. umpires should have a license and they therefore have to participate in a C.E.B. clinic.
The clinics in 2015 will be held in:
- Barcelona (ESP) from Friday March 6 till Sunday March 8, 2015.
- Bratislava (SVK) from Friday March 20 till Sunday March 20, 2015.
Topics on the program are the official baseball rules, 3-man mechanics and C.E.B. rules.
