The Solingen Alligators announced on Friday that Enorbel Marquez-Ramirez returns for the 2014 season. He already played for the German Baseball-Bundesliga club from 2004 to 2009. Since 2010 he played four years for Rimini in the Italian Baseball League. He is going to pitch for Solingen in the Bundesliga. But otherwise he will serve as head coach and sport director of the third-division club Berlin Flamingos, as announced a couple of weeks ago. The German national teamer will become 40 on December 11.
