Czech Republic announced Final Team Roster for 21U Baseball World Cup

The Czech Baseball Association has announced its final roster for the 21U Baseball World Cup in Taichung, Taiwan. With Marek Minarik (Pittsburgh Pirates), Jan Novak (Baltimore Orioles), Martin Cervenka (Cleveland Indians) and Petr Sila (University of Little Rock) four athletes are playing in the United States. The Czech team faces Italy, New Zealand, Chinese Taipei, Korea and Mexico in Pool A of the inaugural 21U Baseball World Cup.

Roster:

  • Pitchers: Brabec Matěj (Technika Brno), Červenka Marek (Kotlářka Praha), Ercoli Lukáš (Kotlářka Praha), Minařík Marek (Pittsburgh Pirates / Kotlářka Praha), Novák Jan (Baltimore Orioles / Kotlářka Praha), Ondra Tomáš (Arrows Ostrava), Satoria Ondřej (Arrows Ostrava), Sobotka Michal (Draci Brno), Tomek Jan (Arrows Ostrava), Vítek Dan (Eagles Praha)
  • Catchers: Červenka Martin (Cleveland Indians / Kotlářka Praha), Mužík Martin (Sokol Hluboká), Vykoukal Michael (Arrows Ostrava)
