Posted on August 28, 2014 by philipp

The Dutch National Team might be losing its best pitcher for the European Championship. 39-year-old right-hander Rob Cordemans burned his throwing hand while igniting his fire place at home. He suffered second-degree burns according to a news report by AD.nl. The pitcher of L&D Amsterdam is sidelined at the moment. It’s uncertain if he will recover in time for the European Championship in Regensburg and the Czech Republic from September 12 to 21.
