The Vienna Metrostars moved into first place with a pair of wins over the Athletics Attnang-Puchheim, passing the Stock City Cubs, which lost twice to the Dornbirn Indians. Defending champion Vienna Wanderers dropped both ends of a doubleheader to the Diving Ducks.
