Before the season starts, Czech Baseball Association takes the oportunity and works on closer communication with other countries.

In past days President of CBA Petr Ditrich and President of Hrosi Brno club Tomas Ovesny were in Wiener Neustadt, where press conference took place. Hrosi Brno club and local club Diving Ducks Wiener Neustadt agreed on club cooperation and players exchange. „We think that our cooperation with Wiener Neustadt will be a real plus for both clubs. We have got very similar goals and very similar problems. That is the reason why we put things together and that is the reason why we are doing this reverse,“ said Tomas Ovesny.

Last week in March delegation from Lithuanian Baseball Federation came to the Czech Republic. Their visit was based on and supported by Leonardo da Vinci Mobility Project. Aim of one-week visit was exchanging experiences and learning new skills. Lithuanian delegation attended practice sessions of clubs and Academies not only in Prague but also in Brno and Trebic. They had also a stop in CBA office, where we talked about funding, national competitions and youth programs.
