36-year-old Italian left-hander Fabio Milano is on the verge of retirement from Italian baseball. The hurler of Unipol Bologna revealed this past weekend that he accepted a job offer in the United States and therefore probably won’t available for the Italian Baseball League season. He hopes to help Bologna in the playoffs according to GrandeSlam.net, trying to keep in shape in a semi-pro league in the Chicago area.
