The Heidenheim Heidekopefe have acquired Sascha Lutz. He is leaving the Stuttgart Reds to join their local rivals. The German national team outfielder had left the Mannheim Tornados for the Reds last winter. The 30-year-old PE and English teacher batted .410/.485/.566 with two home runs, 18 runs and 23 RBI in 22 games during the regular season last year.
