In the Swiss Nationalliga A the first showdown between the Therwil Flyers and Bern Cardinals was won by last year’s vice champion. In a rematch of last fall’s final series, which was swept by the Cardinals, the Flyers prevailed 7-6 and 8-2 on Sunday to improve to 4-0 in the season. Already on Saturday the Embrach Mustangs blew out the Zurich Lions 13-0 and 18-3.
