2013 World Baseball Classic Final Standings Pool B

The first round in Pool B at the 2013 World Baseball Classic is in the books. Chinese Taipei and the Netherlands advance into the second round as the top two teams, joining Cuba and Japan from Pool A at the Tokyo Dome. While the first round has been played in a round-robin format, the modified double elimination format will be used in the second. Korea and Australia has been eliminated from Pool B.

Saturday, March 2, 2013:
Chinese Taipei – Australia 4-1
Korea – Netherlands 0-5
Sunday, March 3, 2013:
Netherlands – Chinese Taipei 3-8
Monday, March 4, 2013:
Australia – Korea 0-6
Tuesday, March 5, 2013:
Netherlands – Australia 4-1
Korea – Chinese Taipei 3-2
