The BERN CARDINALS defeated the LAUSANNE INDIANS 7-4 on Saturday afternoon and completed the sweep in the Swiss Baseball Finals. It is the fourth consecutive title for the team from the Swiss capital. The CARDS had won the first two games last week 15-5 and 10-9.
