Holland Series stopped again on Sunday due to Rain

Posted on October 5, 2008 by philipp

Like the games scheduled for last Thursday and Friday, rain once again hindered the continuation of the Holland Series. The planned game two of the best-of-five series between CORENDON KINHEIM and L&D AMSTERDAM PIRATES on Sunday in Haarlem was cancelled because of an unplayable field after rain falls. The PIRATES had won the lone match so far on Saturday.

Games two and three are now rescheduled for Monday and Tuesday, October 6 and 7 at 19:45 at the Pim Mulier Stadium in Haarlem. If the series goes the distance, the fourth match would be played next Saturday in Amsterdam. A potential fifth game would follow on Sunday in Haarlem.
