Dutch Softball: Tex Town Tigers in First at End of Regular Season

Last weekend the regular season in the Dutch Women Softball League ended. The TEX TOWN TIGERS finished in first place with a 29-6 record, having won ten of the last eleven games. TERRASVOGELS split a doubleheader against the leader on the last game day to come in second. SPARKS HAARLEM and the TWINS round up the top four, which will play in the postseason. The semi-finals begin on Friday. OLYMPIA HAARLEM was ranked eighth and gets relegated. The CENTRALS in seventh have to win against ONZE GEZELLEN in a best-of-five series to remain in the highest softball league in Holland.
