T&A San Marino is just one win away from defending the championship in the Italian Baseball League. They also won game three of the best-of-seven Italian Series over Telemarket Rimini on Thursday evening. Three runs in the fifth and three in the eighth decided the outcome, as they overcame an early 0-2 deficit.

Carlos Duran led the way for the Titans. He homered and drove in four runs. He and Lorenzo Avagnina also scored twice. Jack Santora, Joe Persichina and Juan Pablo Angrisano scored the lone runs for Rimini. Tiago Da Silva allowed three runs on six hits in a complete game win.
