Austrian Weekly: Tigers one step closer to Playoffs

Taking one win home from Dornbirn (Indians) the Schwaz Tigers are looking like the fourth playoff team this year. Last year’s champion Metrostars played a couple of tough games against Attnang but came up short both times. This puts the Tigers in a good spot with only three games remaining for them (Metrostars have 8 games to play). Nothing changed at the top, due to rain the Wanderers and Vikings were prohibited from playing.

This coming weekend the Metrostars are taking on the first place Vikings as they try to get back to winning ways. Dornbirn (Indians) and Stockerau (Cubs) play decisive games to avoid relegation, they are currently in seventh and eighth place, and the Tigers can make another stride towards securing their playoff spot as they take on the last place Linz Bandits.
