Eagles Prague capture crown in Czech Softball

With the IBAF Baseball World Cup getting most of our attention, we now take a look back at the decisions in some of the European Softball Leagues.

The Eagles Prague have dethroned SK Joudrs Prague in the Czech Extraleague Softball. The Eagles won the championship series in four games to win the title. In the semi-finals they had edged out Snails Kunovice and SC Cechie Prague. The Eagles also had to win a best-of-three quarterfinals to stay alive.

Quarterfinals:
Storms Repy – Eagles Prague 2-9, 0-7
Chemie/Kotlarka Prague – Snails Kunovice 1-8, 0-7
Semifinals:
Snails Kunovice – SK Joudrs Prague 0-2, 4-5, 1-6
Eagles Prague – SC Cechie Prague 2-1, 5-6, 6-5, 6-2
Finals:
Eagles Prague – SK Joudrs Prague 4-1, 2-1, 2-6, 2-1
