Schedule for French Elite League Playoffs published

The schedule for the upcoming playoff round in the French Elite League has been published. In the first round the Templiers Senart and Savigny Lions have a bye thanks to finishing first and second in the regular season. The teams in third to sixth have to play, trying to win a spot in the semi-finals. Defending champion Rouen Huskies is facing Stade Toulousain in the best-of-three series, the Montpellier Barracudas the promoted Pessac Panthers. Semi-finals and finals will be played in the best-of-five format.

Schedule:
Round 1:
August 27 and 28:
Montpellier Barracudas – Pessac Panthers
Rouen Huskies – Stade Toulousain

Semi-Finals:
September 10/11 and September 17/18:
Templiers Senart – Winner of Montpellier/Pessac
Savigny Lions – Rouen/Toulouse

Finals:
October 1/2 and October 8/9:
Championship Series
