The French Elite League concluded its regular season on Sunday with a pair of make-up games between the Montpellier Barracudas and Savigny Lions. The Barracudas stunned Savigny with a pair of wins. The playoffs start at the end of August. In the first round the Lions and regular season winner Templiers Senart will have a bye. Montpellier is going to take on the Pessac Panthers and the Rouen Huskies will have to battle with Stade Toulousain to clinch a spot in the semi-finals.
